YOGA WITH EDGAR ORTIZ

Edgar has been a yoga and Thai massage teacher for over 20 years. He lived in India over several occasions studying with a master in Iyengar yoga tradition. He is the director of Yoga Mandir where he directs a program to certify yoga teachers and is currently president of Asoyoga, CR Yoga Teacher Association. His classes are dynamic, creative, fun and seek to incorporate music with mantra chanting and Indian Philosophy.
