Commercial Outdoor Kitchen
The first floor of Flō’s main building is open air with pillars around three walls to ensure plenty of natural breezes and views. The kitchen sits along the back wall and houses: a large double sink with professional faucet & disposal, a smaller prep sink with disposal, spacious countertop for prep work, hanging pot rack for efficiency, shelves for open air storage, two stoves and ovens, a deep glass front fridge, an additional fridge + freezer combo, a separate deep freezer, compost and recycling, lockable dry storage pantry, and all of the cooking pots/pans/utensils you might need to cook for 35+, as well as dish service for just as many.

Covered Living Area
With a sky high two story vaulted roof, Flō’s covered living area will feel more outdoors than indoors, and IT IS! Open air on all sides, and consisting of all weather furniture over smooth gauvillo stones, this space can be utilized for a variety of needs and projects. Whether that means curling up with a good book, having a small fire ceremony in our monkey offering bowl, playing a game of giant jenga, or just chatting with friends, this is a great area to be in! The outdoor living area also houses one of the beverage stations, where attendees have access to double filtered hot/cold water, a variety of tea offerings, mini fridge for more storage, and morning coffee service. In addition, you will also find our outdoor shower and laundry + cleaning station here!
Salt Water Pool
Step out of the dining area onto the smooth stone deck of Flō’s salt pool. Perfect for a quick dip after yoga class or when you’re just too tired to head down to the river/waterfalls. Naturally heated from the daily sun and cooled by the rainforest cloudbursts, this pool is the place to be during those hot and muggy afternoons. We provide towels for pool/beach/river adventures and fully encourage all attendees to enjoy the mountain breezes and ocean views from the in-pool bench!
Casa Colibri – Yoga Room
Casa Colibri means Hummingbird House & that is the feel we want you to get at Flō’s yoga studio that also doubles as a classroom or lecture hall. This open air space offers majestic jungle and ocean views, while at the same time being entirely screened in for nighttime practice/class. Fully stocked with mats, blocks, blankets, and straps for 30+, this studio is perfect for your movement classes. Prefer a classroom? We have tables and chairs for 35+, projector + screen, stereo system, and wireless/waterproof microphones for teachers or presenters. Not sure if the space works for your specific needs? Gym Dos – Training Facility
Snug behind Casa Colibri is Gym Dos, the fully functional and top of the line training facility here at Flō. With over 3000lbs of weights in a variety of forms, jerk blocks, and cable machine, this open air gym goes above and beyond so that you don’t have to sacrifice your fitness to escape to paradise. Pull up bars, bumper plates, rowing machine, kettle bells, barbells, free weights, music system, multiple squat racks and MORE. Not sure if Gym Dos has everything you might need?
