“Flo Retreat Center is a magical place. Not only is it located on top of the most picturesque mountain overlooking the jungle and ocean, but every single person working there is so kind, helpful and great at what they do. Literally every meal was delicious (and nutritious), the retreat was so thoughtfully planned out, and there was plenty of time for solo relaxing or adventuring. The room I stayed in had amazing high ceilings, was temperature and humidity controlled, and had a huge bathroom attached—the perfect oasis to rest, recover and wash off the day’s adventures. I took a risk to go to Flo by myself, and I’m so glad I did. I will definitely be going back. If you’re thinking about going to Flo, I promise you won’t regret it!”
“I recently went to Flo for the first time… and words truly cannot describe the pure love and acceptance you feel from Erin, Gabe, and the whole staff. Anyone that walks onto the Flo property is greeted with a warm hug; you immediately feel at home, and a part of the Flo family. But, the best part truly is the jungle and the hidden waterfalls on property (just a short and 5 minute jungle walk from the rooms and kitchen area). From the moment we arrived until we left on the 12th, we were treated like family!
